CUSTOMER SERVICE 
It is important that all customers of nolly noy get a good and positive experience of service. We therefore recommend our customers 
to read the following terms of trade as all goods ordered at the webshop www.nollynoy.dk or www.nollynoy.com are covered by it 
and that you as a customer accepts these terms when ordering. 

At www.nollynoy.com we distribute products directly to private customers. All the goods from nolly noy are produced in Mexico.

We also accept bank transfers to the bank at a premium of 20 dkk, 3 EUR or 2 GBP per. transfer for handling fee.

Important: Please add your name and invoice number on the bank transfer. 
The used card or account must be the buyer. Debit card holders are subject to public validation checks and authorization
from card issuer's side. If authentication fails, it deprives nolly noy all liability for any delay or non-delivery.
Basically, the order will be canceled. 


SAFETY 
It is very important for nolly noy to make you feel safe when you shop at our online shop. Our payment system works in collaboration with
EUROLINE or NETS. (former PBS). All payment data is sent between nolly noy and an encrypted browser. Encryption takes place trough a
SSL Server / Secure Socket Server. In practice this means that all information is sent via a secure connection and that your account
information can not be read by outsiders, nor by nolly noy.
When paying with payment cards 
in a shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment, you are always protected against abuse and 
carries no deductible by abuse.


DELIVERY 
All
orders are shipped to 50 dkk in Denmark, regardless of weight and size. Outside of Denmark the orders are shipped for 200 dkk also
regardless of weight and size. Your package is sent preferably with Post Denmark or GLS parcel service. In some cases where it is deemed
beneficial to use another transport company, this is also a possibility. Nolly noy deliver goods throughout Denmark directly from the
warehouse in North Zealand where all goods are wrapped securely before dispatched. The desired delivery time is between 1-4.
business days. This may vary in case of bad weather, holidays, celebrations or other events. 
It is important to you as a customer to add
the correct name and address on your order. If the package can´t be delivered due to errors in the stated address or due to unknown
address you will cover the shipping cost and will be charged a shipping fee equal to the current daily rate if the package has to be
delivered again. Nolly noy is unfortunately not able to deliver to PO boxes or change the delivery address if the order is already processed.


PROCEDURE
Once your order is placed and payment is registered, you will automatically receive an email from nolly noy confirming that we
have received your order.This e-mail is not a final acceptance of your order. You will receive the final acceptance with an
invoice that we will send to you by email when your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse. This invoice also contains a
possibly tracking number of your order. Thus you will always will be able to see where your goods are. 

The price of our products is as shown in the web shop, except for cases of obvious error. All our prices are incl. Danish VAT 
and do not include freight costs. Shipping cost is attributed your order at check out when you exit the trade. It will indicate 
the product display if an item is out of stock. If you desire booking a sold item please send an email to xxx@yyy.com with your wishes
and we will try to fulfill them. If it turns out that a product in the webshop are enlightened as being in stock, and this is not the case it´s
a mistake that nolly noy take reservations for and you will be notified as soon as possible about the product can´t be delivered.
The delivery always remains nolly noys property until payment for goods and freight is received. Added tools to products before intering
certain countries will not be the responsibility of nolly noy.


RETURN 
There is always a 14 day return policy on items purchased from nolly noy. The goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt. Items
may be returned only if they are in a unused condition. Clothes must be tried with caution, but not put into use. Goods returned due to 
wrong treatment by washing it wrong or a like will not be accepted. This also applies to goods which have been left with marks caused
by parafume or simply misuse of the product. If you want to change your received item to another size, color or similar compared to what
is delivered please write us for assistance or make a new order in the webshop. If you for any reason deside to refused or return an item
that you have bought from nolly noy you will still have to cover the full shipping cost. Should an item wished to be returned to nolly noy
please inform us by emai at: nolly@nollynoy.com. Refunds on returned goods will be back to customer's account within 30 days. 
The customer pays for shipping expenses associated with returns made to nolly noy. 
If the item disappears when returning bears nolly noy no liability or costs.

COMPLAINTS 
The staff at nolly noy always strives to provide you with a good product why products always are checked thoroughly before it´s
packed and sent out. If you against expectation receive a product with defects or if the item sent do not correspond with the invoice,
you are encouraged to write an email attached a photo of the product to nolly@nollynoy.com. In this way we will easily be
able to help you. If the complain is confirmed by. e-mail of nolly noy, noy nolly bear the cost of return and delivery of a replacement. 
If replacement item is not available, the amount will be paid back always within 30 days.

All items in nolly noys shop is covered by the Danish Act regarding buy 24 month warranty. The warranty means the buyer can complain 
about defects in the product which has occurred within 24 months after purchase. 
Disputes arose between the buyer and nolly noy, including interpretation of nolly noys trading conditions determined by the Maritime
and Commercial Court in Copenhagen by Danish law and Danish as the valid language.

RESERVATIONS 
The products that you can see on nolly noys website are described as accurately as possible, but especially color and style may vary
according to the settings on your PC. Therefore there is no assurance that the colors you see on the shop on your PC is in perfect
accordance with the actual color of your ordered product. Products from nolly noy are therefore subject to variations in style and 
color reproduction, printing and other technical inaccuracies. Another fact is that a large portion of the products from nolly noy are
hand produced and one of a kind products. These items will always be very unique and fall differently out concerning it`s patterns, shapes
and partly also in size. This variation will not be the responsibility of nolly noy. Nolly noy reserves the right, without prior explanation or
notice to change prices and delivery terms. These changes will not affect orders which already accepted by invoice per. e-mail.
